Soul to Soul Sisterhood
Welcome Sisters.
Inclusive Sisterhood. Metabolic Renewal. Nervous System Healing. Body Trust.
Midlife is not decline.
It is integration.
Soul to Soul Sisterhood™ is a sanctuary for midlife women navigating metabolic change, hormonal shifts, emotional healing, and identity transformation.
Here, safety is foundational.
Here, the body is listened to.
Here, healing unfolds slowly, relationally, and with dignity.
Soul to Soul Sisterhood Method™
A Different Method of Support
Many wellness spaces focus on performance.
Many medical spaces focus only on numbers.
We focus on integration.
Your symptoms are not minimized.
Your labs are not the whole story.
Your lived experience matters.
The Soul to Soul Sisterhood Method is grounded in:
Presence rather than performance
Compassion rather than comparison
Consistency rather than intensity
Safety rather than urgency
Healing becomes sustainable when it becomes relational.
THE SEVEN PILLARS

At this time, enrollment is temporarily closed while we prepare the next phase of the program. New memberships will reopen in June, and we look forward to welcoming new women into the circle then.

Who This Is For
Soul to Soul Sisterhood™ is for midlife women who are navigating change and are quietly longing for a different kind of support.
You may be experiencing:
- Hormonal shifts and body changes
- Insulin resistance, prediabetes, or Type 2 diabetes
- GLP-1 therapy or curiosity about metabolic support
- Weight and metabolic changes
- Emotional waves, burnout, or chronic stress
- Identity transitions and questions about purpose
- A longing for steadiness, safety, and belonging
You may also be someone who:
- Has tried to heal in spaces that felt performative or judgmental
- Has felt invisible, rushed, or misunderstood in medical settings
- Is tired of fixing, forcing, or starting over
- Is seeking sisterhood that feels inclusive, trauma-aware, and gentle
This is a space for women who want to be met with dignity.
You do not need to be fixed to belong here.
You do not need to be certain.
You do not need to be “doing it right.”
You only need a willingness to meet yourself with gentleness.
You belong as you are.
About the Founder
Created by Teresa “Raven” Meyers
Wife. Mother
Holistic midwife.
Learning architect.
Educator.
Raven brings more than two decades of experience in women’s wellness, trauma-aware care, and instructional design into the creation of Soul to Soul Sisterhood™.
Her work has long centered on supporting women through life transitions, nervous system healing, metabolic and hormonal shifts, and the quiet identity changes that often accompany midlife.
Soul to Soul Sisterhood™ was born from a simple but powerful truth:
Many women are trying to heal in systems that were never designed to feel safe.
Raven created this sanctuary as an alternative.
A place where women are not rushed.
Not compared.
Not reduced to numbers or aesthetics.
A place where lived experience is honored alongside evidence-informed education.
This is not influencer culture.
It is not hustle wellness.
It is structured, nervous-system-aware, trauma-informed education and community for midlife women who are seeking steadiness, dignity, and a different relationship with their bodies and their lives.
